By downloading or using PhysiqAI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The service

PhysiqAI is a nutrition and fitness tracking application that helps you log food, track calories and macros, monitor weight, and receive AI-powered coaching. Features vary by plan.

Not medical advice

PhysiqAI is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Calorie targets, macro recommendations, and AI coaching are estimates. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Subscriptions & billing

  • PhysiqAI offers a free plan and paid plans (Premium and Elite AI). Prices are shown in the app and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to:

  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload harmful content.
  • Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by PhysiqAI and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhysiqAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
